The healthy “Javanese Bakmie” menu from Moringa Noodle that you should try!
Around the 6th century, the world’s first noodles were successfully made by the Chinese people. They call it Shui Yin Bing, which means boiled noodles. They use wheat flour as the main dough which is soaked in water, then shaped into long rolls, and cooked in hot water. That’s how the history of noodles began. Moringa noodles can be cooked into Javanese Bakmie which comes from the provinces of Central Java and Yogyakarta, here is the recipe.
Ingredient
200 grams of Moringa Noodles
200 grams of chicken meat, shredded
Spice
1 stalk celery
1 scallion
2 pieces of cabbage
5 red onions, finely sliced
3 cloves of garlic
Puree 2 hazelnuts
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Enough chicken broth
Fried onions
How to make boiled Javanese noodles
- Boil noodles for 3 minutes. Drain.
- Saute onion, garlic, and mashed candlenut. Add the cabbage and chicken, mix well.
- Add the chicken stock and let it simmer. After boiling, add the noodles and season with salt and pepper.
Leave it for a while in a closed condition. Add the onions and celery leaves. Pick up immediately.
- Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, egg and other accompaniments.
